About Us

At OP1VET, we are a dedicated organization focused on supporting disabled veterans. Based in Goshen, IN, we have been serving our community and veterans nationwide for eight years with the mission of “Changing 1 Veterans Life at a Time.” Our efforts span local initiatives and nationwide events, during which we work tirelessly to raise funds through the sale of patriotic apparel. Over the past eight years, we have had the honor of providing 20 Action Track Wheelchairs and 1 Outrider Coyote, to disabled veterans who have faced challenges in accessing the activities they once enjoyed, such as hunting, fishing, and even camping with their families. These wheelchairs empower them to reconnect with the outdoors and truly live life to the fullest once more. Furthermore, we have facilitated hunting trips across various parts of the United States and partnered with numerous Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) organizations to uplift local communities.

This coming year marks a significant milestone for us, as we prepare to give away our 22nd and 23rd units. We are also going to slightly rebrand in January of 2026, so we can focus on not only helping our Veterans but also our first responders. Altering our mission to “Changing 1 Hero’s Life at a Time.”
